What is your return policy?
All hair accessories, head coverings, sale items, and clearance items are final sale.
Unopened hosiery is returnable within 7 days of shipment of your product.*
Jewelry, robes, and swimwear are returnable unworn with tags on within 3 days of shipment.*

*excludes shipping expenses
Can I pickup my order in store?
Yes, orders are available for pickup at our store.

Are sale items final sale?
Yes, there are no returns nor exchanges on sale/discounted items.

How do I return an item?
At Top That, customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you realize the product you ordered is not suitable for you (and it is unopened and within the return date, see return policy FAQ) we will return it with no additional cost. Send us an email with any concerns and the product; We will be happy to further assist you!
Do you sell gift certificates?
Yes, gift certificates are sold online as well as in store. Gift certificates are the perfect gift!
