SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping Policy:
Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing before shipment. Standard shipping typically takes up to 7 business days after processing, but may vary based on location and carrier delays. Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for packages lost, delayed, or undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If the package tracking alerts incorrectly claim a package was delivered, please reach out to us via email to topthatwebsite@gmail.com. Please Note: Top That is not liable for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed by the shipping carrier.
Return Policy:
We keep records of all transactions including the date of purchase and delivery. Unopened hosiery is returnable within 7 days of shipment of your product. Jewelry, robes, nightwear, and swimwear are returnable unworn, undamaged, with tags on, within three days of arrival.*
*Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
All hair accessories, hair coverings, sale** and discounted items, personalized items (i.e., labels, stickers, and stampers), and gift certificates are final sale- no returns nor exchanges.
