SHIPPING & RETURNS
​Shipping Policy:
Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing before shipment. Standard shipping typically takes up to 7 business days after processing, but may vary based on location and carrier delays. Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for packages lost, delayed, or undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If the package tracking alerts incorrectly claim a package was delivered, please reach out to us via email to topthatwebsite@gmail.com. Please Note: Top That is not liable for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed by the shipping carrier.

Return Policy:
All hair accessories, head coverings, sale/discounted, clearance, and outlet merchandise—including items purchased with promo codes or free shipping offers—are final sale and not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
Jewelry, robes, and swimwear may be eligible for return only if they are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. A return request must be submitted within 3 days of delivery.
Unopened hosiery may be returned within 7 days of delivery.
All returns require prior authorization and are subject to approval and inspection upon receipt.
Any items returned without approval, outside the stated timeframes, or not in original condition will not be refunded.

Restocking Fee:
Returns from orders of over $250 are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
Multiple orders placed within 7 days will be treated as a single order.
Please Note: if you would like store credit there will not be a 15% deduction
